Jane: (x - 1)(x² - 3) = x³ - 3x - x² + 3
Mariah: (x + 1)(x² + 3) = x³ + 3x + x² + 3
Roger: (x + 1)(x² - 3) =
x³ - 3x + x² - 3
Nethan: ((x - 1)(x² + 3) = x³ + 3x - x² - 3
In short, Your Answer would be: Option C) Roger
Hope this helps!

x3 - 3x + x2 - 3
= x^3 + x^2 - 3x - 3
= (x^3 + x^2) - (3x + 3)
= x^2(x + 1) - 3(x + 1)
= (x^2 -3)(x + 1) = (x + 1)(x2 - 3)
so ans is Roger
