In this series: a = -29
d = -25 - (-29) = -25 + 29 = 4
n = 56

Now, a(n) = a + (n - 1)d
a(56) = -29 + (56 - 1)4
a(56) = -29 + 220
a(56) = 191

In short, Your Answer would be: 191

Hope this helps!
