the rule for side lengths of a triangle is that the two lowest lengths sum has to be greater than the longest length. so

a+b>c

For the 1st question
4+3>6
7>6
So yeah, it can be a triangle

For the 2nd one
1+3>4
4>4
So no, it can't be a triangle

Sandy has two possibilities

lengths of 3,3,4
or
lengths of 4,4,3
