The distance d traveled at a constant speed r is directly proportional to the time t spent traveling. a car moving at a constant speed travels 150 miles in 2.5 hours. which proportion represents how to find the number of miles the car travels after 6 hours, if its speed remains constant?

r = d / t
So 150 / 2.5 is equal to x / 6
Where x is the number of miles the car travels after 6 hours

So

150/2.5 = x/6

x = 360
