1. 1 pound = 16 ounces
2. 21 pounds * 16 ounces = 336 ounces
3. 336 ounces ÷ 4 baskets = 84 ounces per basket

OR

1. 1 pound = 16 ounces
2. 21 pounds ÷ 4 baskets = 5.25 pounds per basket
3. 5.25 pounds * 16 oz = 84 ounces per basket
