1.) So 1/5 of a relay, or r, is 3/4 of a mile.
1/5r = 3/4
Multiply 5 on both sides of the equation.
r = 15/4
The relay was 15/4 of a mile or 3 3/4 of a mile.
2.) No, it is not because the sum of the digits are not divisible by 3.
