Hello:
the equation is : y = ax+b
the slope is a : a×(1/3) = -1......( perpendicular to a line : y = (1/3)x+6 with a slope of 1/3)
a =-3 y=-3x+b
the line that passes through (2, -3) : -3 =- 3(2)+b
b =3
the equation is : y =-3x+3
