1) There is 1/2 chance that you flip tails. You have 1/13 chance of drawing a king.

Flipping a tail is 1/2 because there's only two options, drawing a king is 4/52, or 1/13, because there's 4 in 52 card deck. Drawing a heart is 1/4 because there's 4 suits.
