25mi = r*1.5hrs.
r = 25/1.5 = 16.667mph.

This is greater than 16mph, so did you really break your record ?

s=25/1.5=50/3mph (16 2/3 mph)

So you traveled an average of 2/3 mph greater than your record pace...
