If x is 0 y will be 4, if x is 1 y will be 2, if x is 2 y will be 0.
Y=4-2x
X=0
soln: 4-2(0) 4-2(1) 4-2(2)
4-0 4-2 4-4
=4 =2 =0

If we look at our values for X and Y in the example problem, we see that we have -2 and 8. If X is -2, then 8 is 10 digits larger than -2. So, if X is 0, Y is 10.
