Hmm, lets see what we're working on here

If were solving for the value of "m" follow these following steps (only if you want to )

1/3(m) - 7 - 5 = ?

? = 0

Lets simplify ▶1/3 to find out the value of it

0 - 1/3 (m) - 7 - 5 = ?

7(3) / 3

'm' becomes a negative since we started out with a negative fraction

-m - 7(3) /3
Next: -m - 21 / 3 - 5 = ?

5(3) / 3
This because the denomenator as 3

-m - 36 / 3

Your like terms of this part of the problem ⬇
-1 (m) + 36
So, -m - 36 / 3 = ?

This part of the equation/steps will be too long to finish up

-m - 36 = ?

If we are the number 36 from each of your sides you will get your answer. Here's the solution I am talking about ⬇

-m - 36 = 0

If we multiply by the negative 1 (-1) we can still find your result for the value of 'm'

Now, finally we have found the value of 'm' which is -36 ; m= -36
