=8X-6X²-12+9X
=-6X²+17X-12
That's your answer.

(2x - 3)(4 - 3x)
Multiply.
8x - 6x² - 12 + 9x
Add like terms.
(-6x²) + (8x + 9x) - 12
Simplify.
-6x² + 17x - 12
