N= 24

Divide 4/12 = 1/3

Now you do
72 . 1/3 = 72 . n/72 =
24 = 72 . n/72

Then cancel multiplied terms that are in denominator which are 72 . n (don’t cancel n you need it!!)
-
72

24 = n then you switch it around and you get n = 24
