I would say monogamy, neolocality, and bilateral descent.
Monogamy is a form of relationship in which an individual has only one partner at any one time (well, that's serial monogamy).
Neolocality is a type of post-marital residence when a newly married couple lives seperately from both of the partners' parents' houses. So basically newly married couples move out to live on their own.
Bilateral descent is a system of family lineage where the relatives on the mother's side and father's side are equally important.
Hope I helped!
