For this one, you have to use the lateral area formula 2πrh. Since the radius is half the diameter, it is 11. We already have the height being 9 (height is the distance from each base) so we just have to plug in the numbers.

2π(11)(9) then multiply 11 by 9 to get 99.

2π(99) here we have to multiply 2 by 99 which makes 198.

Now we come to 198π. Since none of the answers have π in them, I'm going to assume that π should be used as 3.1415 or so. After we multiply this by 198 we should get 622.017 which is very close to answer D, 622.04.
