58 juniors take spanish out of 133 students that take foreign languages.
(58/133)=0.436(to 3 significant figures)

The answer is 58/243, or (A) 0.239. The relative frequency is the number of juniors taking Spanish (58) divided by the total number of Juniors and Seniors taking foreign languages (243).
