In the given picture, we can the vertices of Δ ABC as

A=(-2,-2) , B =(-1,2) and C=(2,1)

And vertices of Δ A'B'C' as

A'=(-4,4), B'= (2,4) and C'=(4,2)

We know that, to dilate any figure in the coordinate plane, we multiply each coordinate by the scale factor.

Thus to find scale factor used here, we divide each coordinate of vertices of Δ A'B'C' by each corresponding vertices of Δ ABC, we get

scale factor = 2

Thus, D is the right answer.
