y=-2x+7

Explanation:

Slope is y(2)-y(1)/x(2)-x(1)

I chose (1,5)(0,7) as my two points and got -2 as my slope

Then, I got (0,7) as my y-intercept because it was in the table.

So, the equation is y=-2x+7
