Answer: I woud ask about their likes and I would try to find out more about their culture. I would try to find things in common and share part of my culture with them. I will try to follow these tips:

Have at least some knowledge of people's cultural backgrounds.

Practice active listening.

Watch your nonverbal communication.

Maintain a personal touch.
