The answer is c because you can do the method of cross multiplication 15/100 and 0/600. You multiply the 600 and 15 and divide by 100 which will equal 90 and then since it’s a increase you ADD 600 and 90 which you get the number 690

A. 645 because if you divide like quarters you will get 645
