If the average movement of the particles in a sweater increases, what will happen to the sweater's temperature?

The temperature would increase its easier if you think of it as water. Ice particle are very dense and have little movement. When it melts the particles get to move around easier. When it evaporates the particle get even further apart and can move freely.
