we have

(4)/(5)x+5 < -3

Subtract
5 both sides

(4)/(5)x+5-5 < -3-5

(4)/(5)x < -8

Multiply by
5/4 both sides

x < -8*(5/4)

x < -10

the solution is the interval--------> (-∞,-10)

that means

All real numbers less than
-10

therefore

the answer is the option A
