Capitalism is based on the principle of individual rights. Communism allows central governments to determine what goods to produce and sell and what price is changed for the goods. Capitalism lets businesses to decide that for themselves. Communism believes that there should be a distribution of wealth throughout everyone, while Capitalism likes to define social classes such as the people in poverty and the people who are rich they like to keep them separated.
