To determine the boiling point temperature of sucrose, use the Boiling point elevation formula:

Tb = 0.51 C/m

Ts = Tw + mKb
where
Ts - temperature of the solution
Tw - boiling point of water
m - concentration of the solution
Kb - ebullioscopic constant

Ts = 100 + 0.50*0.51
