Y:Z = 8:11 y=(8/11)z
X:Y = 5:2 x=(5/2)y

x+y+z=78

(8/11)z+(5/2)y+z=78
(8/11)z+(5/2)(8/11)z+z=78

now you can solve for z and then the others
