Evaluate the expression (x^-3y^7/x^3y^6)^0 for x = 11 and y = –7.

we can simplify it a bit
oh wait,
remember taht x^0=1, no matter what x is

we see the whole thing is to the zero power
the whole thing is equal to 1
doesn't matter what x or y is
the whole thing evaluates to 1
