mutation is another for of adaptation and if an organism adapts that mans it is stronger and will most likely live linger

Mutations are a random change in the DNA sequence. DNA codes for proteins that are expressed in the body. When a mutation is present, the DNA will code for different proteins. This causes different traits to be expressed in an organism.
