I have Major depressive disorder and Generalized anxiety disorder and substance abuse
and some signs would be
Lack of interest in activities you once liked
Decline in school work and care
And staying in bed all day

3 signs of suicide for me anyway is
Anger
hopelessness
and withdraw from everything and change in how I act
