Some people say it is not a good idea to eat a large meal after exercising or before you go to bed. Explain why this could be the truth or an old wives tale based on what you understand about how the neural and hormonal mechanisms control digestion.

Before you go to sleep your body needs to know its time to sleep. Eating a well meal would wake up your body and give it more energy. It would make it harder to sleep
