I would say that Lamar is a bit taller than Kenny :)

If 12 inches = 1 foot then we must determine that 5 feet = (5x12 in) or 60.
We now add 60 + 5 = 65.
Now we determine that Kenny is 65 inches tall and Lamar is 67 inches tall.
Who is taller?
Lamar is taller.
