This week Kevin will practice with his band for 1 12 hours on Monday, 1 3/4 hours on Tuesday, and 2 hours on Wednesday. Next week Kevin will practice with his band for the same number of hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. What is the total number of hours Kevin will practice with his band over these 6 days?

To answer this question, we need to sum each of the hours Kevin will practice.

Then, we have that Kevin will practice:
