A comedy is something funny (is how I say it to myself)
A tragedy has like drama kind of and something tragic in the story happens weather its good or bad and sometimes doesnt include drama

The most basic difference between
a Shakespearean comedy
and
tragedy
is that comedies have generally happy endings where most characters live, while
tragedies
have at best bittersweet endings and protagonists who die.
