Do you think that the south suffered as a result of it's reliance on cotton? I NEED HELP ASAP!! Thanks :)))

yes it did suffer because of that and because it depended on the industrial north to help support the south but after the succession the north wouldn't trade with them

Just my opinion: I do think south suffered because of relying on cotton because cotton caused more slavery and it made so many things in people's lives bad and not just that, but people thought it was "normal" to do those things.

*If you have opinion about it, you should write even a little bit at a time and write up a few sentences picking up what you wrote and what I wrote.
