4² + 5 . 3² - 4² / 2³ = 16 + 5 . 9 - 16 / 8 = 16 + 45 - 2 = 59

Expression: 4² + 5 . 3² - 4² / 2³
Apply PEMDAS/BODMAS here,
16 + 5 . 9 - 16/8
= 16 + 45 - 2
= 59
In short, Your Answer would be Option D
