The answer is 10.
Here's why:
The equation that we have is y=3x+4 , we know the value of x , but not the value of y.
If x=2 , the new equation is:
y=3(2) + 4
3(2)= 6 + 4=10
The answer is 10 which means that B is correct.

Equation:y=3x+4. Given x=2
y=3(2)+4
y=6+4
y=10
