Remember that

If a value of x is a solution to an equation, the value of x must satisfy the equation

For x=4

substitute in the equation

\begin{gathered} (6x)/(8)=3 \\ \\ (6(4))/(8)=3 \\ \\ (24)/(8)=3 \\ 3=3\text{ ----> is ok} \end{gathered}

The answer is the option N 4
