The correct answer is: True.

In fact, stars do not contain hydrogen atoms. Due to the very high temperatures, matter inside the stars is in the form of plasma: the hydrogen atoms have very large kinetic energy (due to the high temperatures), so in the frequent collisions their electrons are ripped off and hydrogen atoms get ionized. So, the answer is true: hydrogen atoms do not repel each other, simply because there are no hydrogen atoms inside the stars (there are only ions)
