I get really bad back pains from sports and just in general so i hope what i normally do helps.
If you are stressed this will happen alot, and the only thing you can do is try to relax, take a bath, sit in a pool/hot tub and try to sit in a relaxing environment.
I dont know ur reason so ill just list things that help.
Medicine helps. Heating pads. Ice, (all the things i said above) massage, stretches.
Honestly stretches feel really good. try stretching you arms, neck and back and it will feel great.
