What is the meaning of this euphemism that Andrew Jackson used in his message to Congress?

". . . send them to land where their existence may be prolonged and perhaps made perpetual."

The answer is C. They sent them there because they wanted the land the indigenous peoples were already on, so they sent them to land they didn't want.
