You would multiply
by 1000:
0.088 * 1000 = 88,
1 * 1000 = 1000,
So the end result would be :

The answer is 11/125!
Here's how to do this:
Step 1: 0.088 = 88⁄1000
Step 2: Simplify 88⁄1000 = 11⁄125
