Condensation;
Explanation;
Condensation is the process by which matter is gaseous state change to liquid state. For example in this case, water vapor which is in gaseous state changes to become liquid water and that is why Sara observed water droplets collecting on the outside of the bottle.
During the process of condensation, molecules of a gas slow down, then come together to form a liquid. Gaseous molecules transfer energy to cooler objects such as the cold bottle and slow down and their attractions make them to join together and form liquid.
