Answer:

Answer is 38 kgs of fruits is 4.667 deviations from the mean

Explanation:

Given that one average the sunflower fruit mart sells 24 kilograms of apples daily with a standard deviation of 3 kilograms

If X is the number of sunflowers the fruit mart sells then X is N(24, 3)

The no of apples the market sells on one day = 38 kg

i.e. x= 38 kg

x-Mean = 38-24 =14 kg

i.e. X is 14/3 = 4.667 deviations from the mean

Answer is 38 kgs of fruits is 4.667 deviations from the mean
