Hello : let A(3,-6) B(-3,0)
the slope is : (YB - YA)/(XB -XA)
(0+6)/(-3-3) = -1
an equation is : y=ax+b a is a slope

y = -x +b

the line through point (-3,0) : 0 =-(-3)+b
b = -3
the equation is : y =-x-3
