First you have to find the area of the smaller inner circle:
A=πr^2
A=π4^2
A=
π16
A= 3.14 x 16
A= 50.24

Then, you have to find the area of the whole circle:
A=πr^2
A=π6^2
A=π36
A= 3.14 x 36
A= 113.04

Now, you simply subtract 50.24 from 113.04 to get 62.8
