Shamir got a promotion and a raise of 25% of his weekly salary. If s represents his weekly salary before the raise which expression shows his weekly salary after the raise?

weekly salary before raise = s

25% of s = 25/100 * s = 0.25s

after raise, salary = s +0.25s = 1.25s

hope it helps!

Let, the salary before raise = s
Promotion % = 25%

So, It would be: s + 0.25s

Hope this helps!
