What do I do under high stress levels... I just can't take anymore schoolwork like I don't want to do it anymore or go through it... I don't sleep well at night so that doesn't help... any suggestions? this is technically a health issue/ question

If you're stressed, try to take breaks. If you feel like you can't do everything at once and you're multitasking, only tackle one thing at a time. Sometimes, you need to disconnect. So if you can't sleep at night, lie down, close your eyes, then try breathing in for 4 seconds, holding your breath for 5 seconds, and exhaling for 8 seconds. Do that a few times and you'll be sleeping soundly. Otherwise, ask for help. Tell your parents you're stressed and get help from a professional, like a counselor or a psychiatrist.

This is the beginning stage of depression, i'm afraid. Schoolwork is hard, and you can feel as if it's just too much to bear, but i promise you, it will all be worth it in the end. I'd love to talk to you and help you out if you need it. Just stay calm, take a break, and maybe listen to some music! That always helps me.
Hang in there!
