momentum = mass × velocity
momentum of Dolphin = 500 × 4 = 2000 kgm/s
momentum of sea turtle = 700 × 3 = 2100 kgm/s
momentum of shark = 1,100 × 1.5 = 1650 kgm/s
So sea turtle has the highest momentum.
