a. What is the domain of the relation
b. What is the range of the relation
c. Is the relation a function? Explain your answer.

The domain satisfies all of the x coordinates: (0, 3, 4, 5, 6) in order from least to greatest. The range satisfies all the y coordinates: (1,2) (You don't have to restate the 2)
Yes that relation is a function. The only time a relation is not a function is if you "reuse" an x value. In other words, a single x value cannot share more than one y value.
