I believe the answer is: B. It is less likely that the shoe will slip while someone is walking

friction is resistance that exist on a surface on the opposite direction of our movement. Slips happen when the slippery surface cause your feet to move forward so fast and make you loss your balance. When the friction is high, the force would counteract the feet movement forward, and prevent the slipping.
