What is the lowest concentration of morphine that blocked naloxone binding, in standard notation?

Naloxone binding is a process where the opioids are blocked by the medicine called naloxone. Opioids are common in overdose patients. Naloxone should cater at least 100 mg of morphine equivalence/day to counter the effects of overdose in usual patients.
